General Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products, once account information has been delivered, exchanges or refunds are not available by default. However, we provide a warranty period for all purchases.
What the Warranty Covers
If any of the following occurs, you may submit a request for exchange or refund:

The information does not match the product description
Access to the account is not possible
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Account bans due to buyer misconduct (such as using cheats)
- Issues arising from failure to follow security guidelines
Loss of password by the buyer after confirming receipt - Reselling the account to another person
- Contacting official game support that leads to an issue
- Changes applied by the game developer
How to Submit a Request
- Submit your request through the support section of the site
- Describe the issue in full and provide evidence if possible
- The support team will review the matter and respond in the shortest possible time
