General Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, once account information has been delivered, exchanges or refunds are not available by default. However, we provide a warranty period for all purchases.

What the Warranty Covers

If any of the following occurs, you may submit a request for exchange or refund:
The account does not work
The information does not match the product description
Access to the account is not possible

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
  • Account bans due to buyer misconduct (such as using cheats)
  • Issues arising from failure to follow security guidelines
    Loss of password by the buyer after confirming receipt
  • Reselling the account to another person
  • Contacting official game support that leads to an issue
  • Changes applied by the game developer
How to Submit a Request
  1. Submit your request through the support section of the site
  2. Describe the issue in full and provide evidence if possible
  3. The support team will review the matter and respond in the shortest possible time
